Abstract
For this purpose(最大能量捕获以及高质量电能输出), we propose a dynamic state estimation (DSE,动态状态估计不会啊)-based sliding mode control (SMC,滑模控制) strategy to achieve such control purposes for doubly fed induction generator (DFIG) wind turbines connected to multi-machine power grids. To resolve this issue, a novel dechattering method is designed so as to minimize the unnecessary switchings 在高风速的条件下(本文主要卖点)这种控制策略有良好的表现
